When you fill out a New Client Form with us, we add your information into our app. You will receive an invitation via email or text to join our "school," and will then be guided through the process of gaining access to your pet’s profile. We post photos, videos, notes, lunch breaks, potty breaks, and any incidents or timeouts (these will alert you on your phone notifications). In your personal phone settings you can mark what notifications you'd like to see, if any. You can also communicate with us through messages during the day with the app.
Live Camera Feed
After your dog’s evaluation, you will receive information on how to download and sign into the live camera app (different from our Brightwheel App). The cameras provide continuous live coverage of all play areas and the outside yard during our open business hours.
